DESCRIPTION

Hotel with 124 luxurious rooms spread over 17 floors. The building has 4 levels of underground parking accessible by a hydraulic hoist. There is also a swimming pool on the mezzanine, a restaurant on 2 floors.

A precast concrete wall with wood imitation and Natural Stone walls was chosen to enhance the design of this sumptuous project.

The prefabricated panels were an economical and efficient choice to be installed on a construction site surrounded by two large streets.

The logistics to erect the panels for the project was very difficult because the construction site had large volumes of traffic of all kinds. With limited space and a strict schedule, the installation of the 270 panels was completed in just 40 working days.
